Welcome to the Hotel Strauss in Waldbronn-Etzenrot!

The Hotel Strauss is a quiet and cosy accommodation near the centre of Waldbronn-Etzenrot in the northern Black Forest.

Our 17 comfortable rooms are all equipped with bath/shower and WC as well as communication facilities, free WLAN and satellite TV.

We offer 24-hour room service to make you feel at home during your stay with us. There is also a drinks shop and a bicycle hire service.

Our restaurant Vesperstube awaits you with hospitality like 50 years ago. All the dishes we offer are home-made and the ingredients come from the region. The meat products all come from village butchers here in the neighbouring communities. Our simple dishes are always served fresh from the pan (Eritrean/Ethiopian, German cuisine). We do not have a deep fryer.

The hotel is conveniently and quietly located, just a few minutes by car from the business centres of Karlsruhe, Pforzheim and Ettlingen.

Popular activities in the area include hiking and cycling. A golf course is 10 km away. Karlsruhe is 14 km away and Etzenrot railway station is 1.5 km away.
