Welcome to the Hotel Bauer*** in Munich!

Our hotel is a third-generation family-run hotel garni with 50 rooms, centrally yet quietly located.

Our rooms, equipped with shower/WC or bath/WC, TV and direct dial telephone, are easily accessible by lift.

The convenient city location of our hotel enables you to reach many highlights and sights in Munich and the surrounding area quickly and comfortably. We are very easy to reach with the underground lines U3 and U6 as well as the S-Bahn lines S7 and S27, stops Harras or Implerstrasse.
The Oktoberfest in Munich (d'Wiesn) is the largest public festival in the world. It has been held on the Theresienwiese in the west of Munich since 1810 and is visited by over six million people every year. For the Wiesn, the Munich breweries brew a special beer (Wiesn Märzen) with more original wort and thus also with a higher alcohol content.
The Oktoberfest is about a 10-minute walk from us.
There are no price surcharges during fairs or during the Oktoberfest !!!

Munich's city centre, the Marienplatz, is only 5 stops away from us by underground.

For guests arriving by car, parking is available in the courtyard or in the hotel's own garages.
The parking fee is Euro 7.00 per night. We would like to point out that since 1 October 2012 the environmental sticker with the colour green has been compulsory for the city centre in Munich.
