The surrounding area offers you a variety of mountain walks, hiking tours and biking tours with breath taking views to the Dolomites.

From our appartmenthouse you reach the “Seiseralm” with its rich and unique flora and fauna by a new cable car (5 minutes by car from our house).

In winter the “Seiseralm” offers countless kilometers of ski slopes, crosscountry slopes and snow walking trails.

… last but not least iceskating, tobogganing and curling in winter and swimming in summer, you get it for free near our house at the beautiful lake “Völser Weiher”.

You can also swim in our natural swimming pond.

The appartments are confortable and cosy. They are established with biological furniture and offer enough space for 2-5 people.

Each appartment is equipped as follows:

• the kitchenette (4 hotplates, fridge, dishwater,…)

• living room (TV-Set, sleeping couch, dining area,…)

• bed room, bathroom, large balcony.

For our small guests we have a playground with plenty of toys.
