Residence Nussbaumer***S is situated in a quiet and sunny location in the centre of the village of Siusi allo Sciliar at the foot of the Sciliar and the Alpe di Siusi in the heart of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

You will find us directly in the village centre of Siusi allo Sciliar in a dreamlike, quiet and sunny location.
We invite you to spend a wonderful time in our spacious and modern furnished flats, with one or two bedrooms, with balcony or terrace facing south.
The Residence Nussbaumer is the ideal starting point for a variety of activities in all four seasons.

The Alpe di Siusi cable car is just a few minutes' walk away. The shuttle buses to the cable car and the public buses stop just a few steps away from our house.

After an exciting active day in the mountains of the Dolomites, you can relax in the beautiful wellness oasis of our Residence Nussbaumer holiday flats and recharge your batteries for your next excursions on the Alpe di Siusi!

Guests at the Residence Nussbaumer flats can improve their personal well-being and relax in the various saunas. In summer, you can swim a few lengths in the outdoor swimming pool at the Apartments Residence Nussbaumer - with a spectacular view of the Schlern! The spacious green area with sunbathing lawn invites you to relax and unwind.

The children's playground with slide, swings and table tennis offers fun and variety. The public children's playground is approx. 100 metres away. The Alpe di Siusi cable car is just a few minutes' walk away. The shuttle buses and public buses stop just a few steps away from the Residence Nussbaumer apartments in Siusi (50 and 100 metres respectively).

All our flats are extremely spacious and suitable for 2 to 6 people. All flats are south-facing, have a balcony or terrace and offer you a marvellous panoramic view of the Dolomites.
