The Residence Nussbaumer is the ideal starting point for a variety of activities in all four seasons.
The Alpe di Siusi cable car is just a few minutes' walk away. The shuttle buses to the cable car and the public buses stop just a few steps away from our house.

Guests at the Residence Nussbaumer flats can improve their personal well-being and relax in the various saunas. In summer, you can swim a few lengths in the outdoor swimming pool at the Apartments Residence Nussbaumer - with a spectacular view of the Schlern! The spacious green area with sunbathing lawn invites you to relax and unwind.
The children's playground with slide, swings and table tennis offers fun and variety. The public children's playground is approx. 100 metres away. The Alpe di Siusi cable car is just a few minutes' walk away. The shuttle buses and public buses stop just a few steps away from the Residence Nussbaumer apartments in Siusi (50 and 100 metres respectively).
