The family-run house in Rottach-Egern at the beautiful and idyllic Tegernsee in Upper Bavaria offers you a total of four beautiful flats in cosy Bavarian style when looking for a holiday flat Tegernsee. The house is centrally and quietly located at the end of a dead-end street in the middle of the picturesque village of Rottach-Egern, which makes it an ideal starting point for all kinds of activities. It is only a few minutes' walk to the shores of Lake Tegernsee and the magnificent Seestrasse with its numerous shops, cafés and restaurants. Getraud Gruber's renowned beauty farm is also in the direct vicinity.

All our holiday flats have a terrace or balcony with a magnificent view of the surrounding Tegernsee mountains and the majestic Wallberg, which, by the way, is one of the most popular destinations for excursions in summer as well as in winter with its more than 1,700 m altitude. In addition, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher is at your disposal, as well as a cosy dining and living area.

A spacious sunbathing lawn awaits you in our garden, where you can enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet, while your children make friends on the in-house children's playground.

After all, the lake and the surrounding foothills of the Alps offer a wealth of sports and leisure activities for everyone. From water sports on the lake for the whole family, to easy hiking and cycling tours around the lake, to challenging tours in the mountains. For those who prefer to take it easy and relax, there are numerous cafés and restaurants in fantastic locations around the lake to simply enjoy the beauty of the landscape.

When the freshly fallen powder snow covers the Tegernsee Valley like a painting, the lake and the valley are transformed into a true winter fairytale during the cold season. Numerous winter sports activities for young and old, or feeling the peace and uniqueness in the freshest and clearest air on a walk or hike around the lake - all this must be experienced on a holiday at Lake Tegernsee. A subsequent stop in a cosy mountain hut or a regenerating visit to the montemare lakeside sauna will quickly restore your strength so that you are ready for the next adventure at Lake Tegernsee.
