Welcome to the Gasthof Krone in the climatic health resort Riedenburg in the Altmühltal!

Our hotel - inn is located in the beautiful, idyllic Altmühltal Nature Park. One of the best preserved knight's castles in Bavaria - Prunn Castle - towers above our hotel on a 100 m high rock.
We have been running this hotel and inn since 1993 and are delighted every day by our wonderful natural surroundings.

In our inn and in the new guesthouse more than 25 rooms invite you to relax.
Our lovingly furnished rooms and guest rooms provide you with peace and comfort. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, TV, telephone and covered balcony or terrace. You can also book non-smoking rooms and a room for wheelchair users.

Start your day with a generous breakfast buffet in our inviting breakfast room.
Our rich breakfast buffet - something for everyone, - homemade jams, honey from our own apiary, muesli with fresh fruit salad, various types of quark, homemade cake, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, ham, various types of cheese, juices, different types of bread, pretzels, rolls, etc..

Our restaurant invites you to enjoy and celebrate in a cosy atmosphere.
In our restaurant we spoil you with Bavarian dishes, regional specialities such as Abensberg asparagus and Altmühltal lamb. Cakes, tarts and ice cream sweeten your day.

Recover from your stressful daily work routine with a wellness holiday. You can relax in peace and quiet in the sauna and solarium area in our guesthouse.

Our hotel is also the ideal place for your meetings. We provide two conference rooms, which can be combined into one if required. Both offer space for 20 and 30 people respectively. Conference equipment is available. You can spend your conference breaks on the terrace attached to the conference room.
