The middle age archaeological town Roccantica is situated on the top of the hills in the Region of Sabina on the foot of the mountain chain Apennine. Here in the country sides full of Olive plantations and vineyards on a land of 25 hectares was created the Holiday Farm named Agriturismo San Lorenzo. The scope of San Lorenzo due to its charming location, the lovely view of hilly landscape and middle age villages, the peace and tranquillity, is to provide a rest of the body and complete relaxation of the spirit. After reconstruction of the old stable and farm house it is now a comfortable mansion, which consist of six double rooms and a small flat (all with private bath), furnished with ancient furniture and some with modern; two spacious living rooms with open fire, a library well equipped with books in several languages and a large country kitchen. Moreover a swimming pool surrounded with green lawns and flowers, is available only for the guests. During the warm season breakfast and meals are served under one of the spacious porches, where also an outdoor barbecue and a wooden oven is available the latter for Pizza and homemade bread. The farm produces natural products as vine, oil, vegetables, fruit; and prepares its own jam and the famous Italian liqueur Lemoncello. San Lorenzo has also a Horse Riding School, 2 jumping fields, 40 boxes and an agreeable Club House. Horse riding lessons by a Federal Instructor or accompanied rides in the country sides can be arranged. At San Lorenzo is spoken english, french, danish and a little German.
