Tradition meets modernity: We have been offering our hospitality since 1963. Many long-standing regular guests distinguish our house. In winter 14 / 15 we have renovated and modernised on a grand scale. Edgar and Dagmar Sieber welcome you to the new, exclusive 5-star and cosy 3-star flats! Look forward to the attractive location, only 30m from the lake (less than 100m to a public lake access) and 200m from the centre. Peace and carefree, informal and relaxed atmosphere - pure freedom on Lake Constance, fantastically located in the border triangle between Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

You can reach our holiday flats via two separate staircases. The front staircase at the main entrance leads to our nine exclusive 5-star luxury flats with a magnificent view of the lake.

Waking up with a view of Lake Constance is a dream that can come true for you every morning. If you like, you can be at the water's edge in just a few minutes' walk and take a refreshing swim! Table football, billiards, table tennis and many other entertainment games will keep you entertained even if the weather is not so great. Of course, chilled drinks are also available from us, you can rent high-quality bicycles for cycling tours or play badminton in the spacious garden.

Cosiness and conviviality are offered by a nice sitting area under the canopy. In our small half-timbered house next door, we make our own famous apple and Williams Christ pear brandy. Our large selection of flats in various sizes is open for you all year round. A large lawn with garden furniture and sunbeds is at your disposal, as well as parking spaces, a lockable hall for bicycles, a washing and drying room. Quality fruit from our own cultivation is a special advantage of our house and can be purchased fresh every day during harvest time.

The varied and fascinating Lake Constance region can be perfectly explored by bike from Langenargen. From small afternoon tours to big laps into the Allgäu, everything is possible. Within daily sight and reachable by car in less than an hour: The majestic world of the Alps! Whether skiing, tobogganing, hiking or mountain biking, there is always plenty on offer here.
