Ferienpension Seeblick - Idyll and nature on Lake Neuensien:

Our guesthouse, which has been family-run since 1991, is located directly on Lake Neuensien in the idyllic fishing village of Seedorf, just a few metres from one of the most beautiful natural harbours in Germany and in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin. This is the ideal starting point for many excursion destinations.

The former farm in the south-east of the island of Rügen has been in our family for many years. The old stables of the three-sided farm house 18 accommodations for a varied country holiday by the lake.

For generations, our heart has been beating for this lakeside property on the island of Rügen, which gives us many little moments of happiness every day: nature throughout the seasons, seclusion and security. Our guests often say that we live in paradise. And quite honestly - we think so too.

Whether you want to go hiking, explore the island by bike, go to the beach or visit the chalk cliffs and the Königsstuhl, we will be happy to provide you with tips and suggestions for your day trips. We will be happy to organise the Störtebekerkarten or a bicycle for you to cycle around the island.

An idyllic spot by the lake
After an eventful day in the fresh air, a little refreshment is just the thing. How good that the home-baked cake has just come out of the oven. Perhaps you will stay in this idyllic spot until the evening hours. The beautiful summer evenings, when the lake is bathed in golden light, are not just for culinary connoisseurs.

When you stay in our accommodation, which used to serve as a barn for farmers, you will breathe in the breath of history. And yet the present is also very much present: in the form of modern rooms and bathrooms, stylish and cosy furnishings and free Wi-Fi.

Our guesthouse has cosy single rooms and double rooms of various sizes overlooking the lake. Our guests with children prefer the two-room flats or two-room holiday flats, as the living room and bedroom are separate from each other - extra beds are also possible. The approximately 40 square metre holiday flats have a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. Of course, a buffet breakfast can also be booked. This is already included in all other room categories.

When mum Glawe prepares the varied breakfast buffet with homemade jams for the house guests, daughter Nicole has already looked after the animals and brought the farm's fresh hens' eggs to the kitchen. The enchanting breakfast is served from 8 to 10 a.m. in the sunny conservatory, the former dovecote of the barn, or on the spacious terrace with an unobstructed view of Lake Neuensien.

Our restaurant:
Regional, seasonal and fresh
is the claim to our cuisine. To do justice to this, a colourful courtyard garden with all kinds of herbs, radishes, strawberries and potatoes thrives right next to the ancient stables. Flounder, pike, herring and perch are available directly from the fisherman next door. Old Rügen dishes such as the farmer's breakfast, mashed potatoes with fried cod fillet or the Neuensien fish soup are the favourites of the farm kitchen, for which our regular guests also like to travel from afar. We simply enjoy cooking - and you can taste it.
