Welcome to the Gasthof Alpenrose in Samerberg-Grainbach near Rosenheim.

For years, Gasthof Alpenrose, the village inn in Grainbach, has been known as a cultivated restaurant with its seasonal cuisine. The characteristic house right next to the church and the secluded beer garden provide the stylish setting for a special gastronomic experience!

The Alpenrose is a real family business: with son Florian, mother Maria Lerche and grandma Maria Wörndl, three generations are at the cooker together. Together with a friendly team, they look after the well-being of their guests and do everything they can to make them feel completely at home.

Inn atmosphere to feel good - The furnishings of the parlours and the tiled stoves create an authentic Bavarian inn atmosphere - cosy and tasteful.

The culinary offer of the Alpenrose can best be described as Bavarian refined cuisine. Maria Wörndl's pastries are legendary, and her grandson Florian, the chef, varies traditional dishes with a fresh breeze of Mediterranean and Styrian flavours. He acquired his skills and flair for smart compositions during his apprenticeship years in Styria and as a chef in renowned Austrian establishments.

At Gasthof Alpenrose you can not only eat and drink really well, but also enjoy a quiet and relaxed holiday.
3 modernly equipped rooms with shower and WC in the farmhouse, as well as 6 reasonably priced double rooms and 2 single rooms in the main house with shower/WC on the floor are available to guests at moderate prices.

When the days get longer and the evenings milder, people like to sit on the covered veranda entwined with vines or in the beer garden under the lime trees. Then you can hardly decide whether you prefer to look at the unique Lüftl painting on the house, the granite fountain or the Grainbach church of St. Ägidius.

Insgesamt ein sehr netter Gasthof, den ich jederzeit empfehlen werde (und bereits empfohlen habe). Die Küche ist prima. Die Chefin, Frau Anja und alle anderen sind ausgesprochen freundlich,hilfsbereit, effizient. Und mit dem versprochenne wifi wär's noch besser! Wenn es nicht sooo weit weg von Arizona wäre, käme ich viel öfter vorbei!
