Are you looking for a small, nice, child-friendly mountain village amidst of beautiful natural scenery? Hiking paradise? Fun and entertainment for children? Then you are just at the right place! The beautiful mountain scenery with its magnificent side valleys invites you to unforgettable hiking tours.

We, Erich, Rosi, our children Bernadette, Antonia and Johannes are here for you to satisfy your wishes. We have tried to furnish our house to perfectly meet our guests’ needs. However, should you miss anything, please, don’t hesitate to contact us: we will be grateful for any further suggestions. Enjoy your holiday in a magnificent location of the attractive Ziller valley. Our house offers you cosy single rooms, double rooms and fully furnished apartments. You will definitely feel comfortable at our place.

Spacious double and single rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, balcony, Sat-TV and W-LAN. In the mornings a substantial breakfast buffet awaits our guests in a cosy breakfast area. A fireplace lounge, lawn, sun terrace and parking lot are at your disposal as well. The small wellness area with a centrally located sauna will let you finish the day in a relaxed atmosphere.

Apartment 1 is ca 50 m² and provides space for 4 people, is equipped with:

Directly at the valley station of Fürstalmbahn in Gerlos-Gmünd you will find in TC Gerlos 3 tennis-indoor courts and 2 squash courts. All inclusive – you can borrow tennis rackets, balls and shoes directly in the tennis centre! Sailing, surfing, a surfing and sailing school, rowing, pedal boat riding. Swimming in fresh spring water from the Wildgerlos-Glacier.
Fishing in See and Gerlosbach River. Krimml Waterfalls. You will experience many exciting things and learn a lot in Aqua-Centre, in Aqua-Park, in Aqua-Vision.

Your ski holiday will start directly at our door. Our motto – Your car should have a holiday too… Skiing from and to the entrance door – it couldn’t be more convenient. Our hotel is located directly at the valley station of the 8-passenger gondola Isskogel. From Gerlos you will get directly to an extensive ski region of the Zillertal Arena. Numerous huts and snow bars invite you to make a stopover. Gerlos takes the first place not only because of skiing and snowboarding! Experience the ultimate winter day in snow.
