Bathed in light, comfortable and inspiring, the 67 rooms and suites at Les Roches Rouges, including 25 new rooms designed by ASL, let in the nature, colours and sunshine of the French Riviera. Laze in bed to the sound of rolling pebbles, enjoy a nightcap on your balcony in the cool evening air and admire the Mediterranean stretching as far as the eye can see at any time of day.

In this Michelin-starred restaurant on the French Riviera, Chef Alexandre Baule creates exceptional, refined and inventive cuisine that delicately enhances fish, seafood and meat from the hinterland in creations where each ingredient is perfectly balanced. A surprising culinary journey, where the dishes are revealed as the meal progresses, guided by the moment.

Open from 14 May to 28 September 2025, Wednesday to Sunday, from 7pm to 9pm.
