Walking opportunities, nature trails and mountain bike trails await you. The hotel offers 2 no smoking dining rooms, including a panoramic restaurant. Groups are welcome. There´s 16 rooms offering full comfort, WC, bath or shower, TV, telephone, single or double rooms, some with a lounge area. Beautifully presented traditional cooking, four fixed menus as well as "à la carte", great choice of selected wines. Regional dishes are served like "Val d´Ajol tripe saussage" or "trout braised with sorrel". Another specialty is the "Plombières" ice cream. Michel BILGER is the only chef to make the "Plombières" ice cream homemade with selected incredients like cherries of Fougerolles and crystallized fruits of the town of Apt. There´s a shaded, flower-decorated terrace, locked garages and a private carpark.
