Welcome to the Gasthaus zum Goldenen Ochsen in Maikammer on the Wine Route!

Since February 2019, the hotel - restaurant "Zum Goldenen Ochsen" in Maikammer has been run by the Simon family, who have already built up a good reputation in the "Alt-Maikammer" wine tavern.

Our house is known far beyond the borders of the surrounding area for its cultivated hospitality, its regional cuisine with genuine Palatinate specialities, but also for its upscale cuisine.

We have different room categories. The different categories differ mainly in the size and furnishings of the rooms. We also have larger rooms that are equipped with a sofa bed. These rooms can sleep 3 or even 4 people. Ideal for families.

Our rustically furnished restaurant offers 60 seats and is therefore ideal for conferences, family celebrations and travelling parties. The 'Pfälzer Stubb' with its cosy wine tavern atmosphere has enough space for 50 people.

Our hotel offers you: Meeting and conference room for approx. 20 people, TV and reading room, lift to the rooms, secure parking facilities for cars and motorbikes, TV and reading room.
