The Étoile offers two categories of rooms with different atmospheres, but all equally peaceful. Our "Traditionnelle" rooms reflect the authentic Alsace with period furniture and all modern conveniences. Our "Zen" rooms are in a modern new building and offer a design cocoon that will live up to your sweetest dreams. They are all equipped with modern en suite facilities, a balcony and free wifi internet connection.

Jacques Bruckmann's cuisine is the essence of Alsace distilled, offering dishes made with local produce and vegetables from his own garden in season. Guests, whether tourists passing through or regulars, are greeted with a smile by Chantal as they choose their place in the homely, timber panelled restaurant, where all the objects have a story to tell... Authentic dishes with all the flavours intact, a good Alsatian wine to bring out the best in them – at the Étoile it's a whole region that you are tasting!

The Étoile has its own spa, offering guests unforgettable moments of sweet relaxation in a contemporary setting. Situated in the new building adjacent to the historic house, it provides a whole range of services and treatments. Indoor pool with cascade, geyser, counter current and massage jets, sauna, hammam, multi-sensory shower and numerous beauty and wellness treatments will all contribute to making your stay in the land of Green Gold a truly enchanting one.
