Welcome to the Gasthof Linde in

The Gasthof Linde was built in 1968 by the Kurr family and was run until 1990. Afterwards, the Hillenmeyer family (daughter & son-in-law) took over the business and brought it up to the latest standards of gastronomy.

Our country inn is recommended for celebrations of all kinds. We have 2 adjoining rooms for 30 to 40 people. Our cuisine includes home-made Swabian specialities, game and vegetarian dishes as well as home-baked farmhouse bread.

Our single and double rooms are all equipped with TV and have been newly renovated. We also have 2 fully automatic bowling alleys, a children's play corner and a beer garden and children's playground in front of the house. Our establishment is an award-winning participant in the competition for child-friendly establishments! This is a joint initiative of DEHOGA and the Baden-Württemberg Tourism Association.

The Linde now offers ice cream from the farm!

- the ice cream is made on the farm

- it is made from fresh milk and cream

- contains no artificial flavours, colourings or preservatives

- contains no artificial binding agents

Ecology is very important to us at Gasthof Linde. We have a thermal water heating system with 32 pipes and since July 1999 a grid-connected photovoltaic system with 2.72 kWp on our roof. We heat our inn mainly with a lump wood boiler from Eta, which is fed with local wood. Since recently, we have also had a combined heat and power unit from Senertec in operation. This generates 10.5 kW of thermal heating power and 5.3 kWh of electrical energy. This means that we generate about 30,000 kWh per year and almost all our electricity ourselves.
