Welcome to the wellness hotel restaurant café pastry shop Talblick in the climatic spa of Schömberg.

Here you can stay in the middle of the Black Forest-North nature park, spend your holiday, celebrate a party or enjoy delicious coffee from our own roastery and cake from our own pastry shop. Our family-run hotel has differently furnished single and double rooms in different categories. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC/hairdryer, cable TV/clock radio/telephone/Wi-Fi/safe/balcony. Each overnight stay includes a hearty healthy breakfast buffet and free use of our Well-Fit oasis. Whether you are staying for a single night or taking advantage of one of our package deals, you will always be a welcome guest. All hotel rooms were renovated between 2014 and 2016 and can be conveniently reached by lift.

Our stylish pastry shop in the heart of Schömberg offers something for everyone, making a visit to the café a real experience. The rooms, furnished with great attention to detail in a timelessly modern or rustic ‘Ofenstüble’ style, can accommodate around 100 people. When the weather is nice, you can choose to use either our airy balcony terrace with a magnificent view or our garden terrace.

Start the day with a delicious breakfast buffet (please reserve in advance) or enjoy a delicious lunch with daily changing dishes or a refined coffee afternoon with cakes, pies, pastries or tempting ice cream specialities, all from our own pastry shop. An absolute must for every cake fan is our double gold award-winning Black Forest gateau with 0.25 litres of kirsch and a height of 18 cm. The crowning glory of our coffee specialities, all the varieties served come from our own roastery, whether latte macchiato or espresso, there is something for everyone.

The restaurant of our wellness hotel Talblick is proof that a hotel kitchen can be a place where the culture of eating and drinking not only takes place, but is celebrated. Our chef is not only interested in recipes, but also in realising his own creations. Equally important is his knowledge of ingredients, raw materials and, above all, their origin and quality. We want you to relax, unwind and recharge your batteries in our hotel. That is why we have designed our cuisine to harmonise with the needs of our guests and fit into our concept for the entire hotel. We offer light, healthy dishes that will satisfy your appetite after a long hike – or whet your appetite for special snacks. If you want to preserve the diversity of regional flavours and help sustainably and responsibly shape the chain from producer to connoisseur, you should choose regional products. Our small but perfectly formed Wellfit oasis leaves almost nothing to be desired. See for yourself and let our trained staff advise you. We offer a wide range of massages, wraps, body and beauty treatments. We place a high value on natural raw materials when selecting our products. We use only natural oils and products from Annemarie Börlind and Valenza Algae Cosmetics.
