Welcome to Villgrater am Ort - farm holidays in Sexten Moos in Alta Pusteria!

Are you looking for a relaxing holiday in the countryside? Then you've come to the right place!
Our farm Villgrater am Ort is located away from the main road, but with an uninterrupted view of the unique mountains of the Sesto Sundial. A five-minute walk is all it takes to escape the noise of road traffic. Our farm is situated at an altitude of almost 1400 metres, with a magnificent view over the roofs of Sesto and Moso and against the unique backdrop of the Sesto Dolomites.

From our farm you can go on short and long hikes through meadows and forests around Sesto at all altitudes. Although our house is located outside the village centre, shops, restaurants and other facilities are easily and quickly accessible even without a car.

2 holiday flats for 2-6 people await our guests on our Villgrater farm in the village.

We are happy to serve our valued guests a rich breakfast for an extra charge of € 10.00 per person. In addition, our guests can receive our own farm produce on request, such as fresh milk, fruit spreads, eggs, honey, cheese, etc. We also offer our guests the opportunity to help with the stable work and get to know life on the farm.

Whether summer or winter: in Sesto and Moso in Alta Pusteria, nature and sports lovers will find everything their heart desires. Countless hikes in the unique landscape of the Sesto Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offer variety at every level of difficulty. Whether family hikes and walks or alpine tours, via ferratas, sport climbing routes and much more leave nothing to be desired. In bad weather, you can let off steam in the climbing hall in Sesto with 400 m² of bouldering area, 1,800 m² of climbing area (lead and top rope) and a height of 16 metres. A well-developed network of cycle paths, marked mountain bike tours or the classic Drau cycle path Innichen-Lienz (A) offer ideal conditions for cycling enthusiasts.

Romantic winter hikes on foot or with snowshoes, fun toboggan runs, perfectly groomed ski slopes and modern lifts (Helm, Rotwand, Haunold, Kreuzbergpass) make your winter holiday an unforgettable experience. Mountain sports enthusiasts don't have to miss out on the odd summit success in winter either. Countless ski tours in the Sesto Dolomites await you! Alta Pusteria also offers you an extensive network of cross-country ski trails. The Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco is one of the largest sports centres in Val Pusteria/Pustertal with FIS-homologated cross-country trails and a climbing hall.
