Toerggelen Time: An Eisack Valley farmers’ custom! Hearty specialities such as barley soup, South Tyrolean ravioli, salted meat and dumplings are all on the menu. Sweet doughnuts and roast chestnuts are an excellent way to round off your meal.

The Plose - Brixen’s local mountain - is a fantastic hiking area, which offers lots of interesting possibilities for families and nature lovers in particular. First class mountain bike rides, challenging single trails and a stunning mountain panorama await our fans of the great outdoors.
