Our cosy Hotel Bergzauber in Berchtesgadener Land is characterised by traditions and customs, but above all by our love for the region. As its owners and your hosts, we have set ourselves the goal of not only meeting your expectations, but exceeding them in every respect. Our motto is to preserve what is tried and tested and to continue to improve what is good - while always putting you, our guest, at the centre of everything we do!

When you visit our hotel and the Berchtesgadener Land as a guest, a wonderful time awaits you. Our mountains, meadows, forests and waters will inspire you - the mysterious Königssee as well as the majestic Watzmann. We will take care of the rest by spoiling you with delicacies from the region, letting you forget about everyday life and providing you with an exciting programme - and you decide for yourself what you want to do with it.

If you want to experience German and Bavarian home cooking in a different way, spectacularly presented, freshly prepared from predominantly regional products, then our "Bergzauber Stube" restaurant is the right place for you. An incredible mountain view and a rustic alpine atmosphere convey a feeling of cosiness. We have designed our restaurant with an eye for the little things, the service is friendly and attentive, so that no wishes remain unfulfilled.

A good start to the day!
The extensive breakfast buffet leaves almost nothing to be desired. It includes a small muesli corner, different types of bread and various rolls, as well as different types of tea and coffee, juices, mountain farm milk, fresh fruit and eggs in all variations. Sausage, ham and cheese come from the region.

Greetings from the kitchen
In the evening you will be spoilt with love by our kitchen (the boss cooks herself). From the "first greeting from the kitchen" you can taste how much fun and pleasure our kitchen team has in spoiling you according to all the rules of the art. Every day you will be surprised with imaginative delicacies, yet the sense for traditional dishes and preparation methods has not been lost. Traditional dishes that have been transformed into new flavour experiences thanks to subtle improvements.

We are happy to prepare vegan and low-allergy meals for you by prior arrangement.

Your 4-legged friends are very welcome in our "Kneifelspitze" room category. (2 dog rooms available in the hotel). There is a surcharge of 8 euros per dog per night. Only 1 dog per room can be accommodated. Your pet will be provided with a cosy blanket and a food bowl. Please bring your own food. Unfortunately, we cannot allow your dog into the restaurant at mealtimes.

Take your time to look at our package deals with four, five, six or seven nights - there is definitely something for every season and every interest! But between you and me: it's actually too beautiful here to just stay for a short time.
