There are 17 holiday apartments located in three houses which are situated in a peaceful yet central location. Each apartment is comfortably and tastefully furnished, to ensure that you don’t have to do without any of your home comforts - even on holiday.

Apartment No. 15, for example, is approx 65 m2 and is equipped with living room, bedroom, kitchen, bath, extra WC and balcony.

Apartment No. 25 is approx. 50 m2 and has a living room, bedroom (separated by a door), kitchenette, shower/WC, terrace or balcony.

Apartment No. 20 is approx. 40 m2 and has a living room, a bedroom (separated by an arch), kitchenette, shower/WC.

A newly laid, idyllic garden area provides the ideal space for peace and relaxation.

A bus stop is located directly next to the properties and the most wonderful excursions are just 20 minutes away.

Our holiday homes provide the ideal base for wonderful walks and excursions in the breathtaking mountain scenery of the Alpine National Park.

The city of Salzburg, for example, is only a few kilometres away and is the centre of attraction, particularly during the festival season, for those who love culture,. You can also visit the legendary Königssee with its stunning view of the East face of the famous Watzmann Mountain.
