All our rooms provide comfortable luxury, the harmony with the beautiful design makes the ambience of our house.
All our guest rooms and suites are provided with a comfortable sitting corner, desk, ISDN direct dialling phone, connection for PC/notebook, free W-LAN, cable-TV, bathroom/WC or shower/WC, make-up mirror, hairdryer and balcony or terrace. The suite consists of two rooms.

Top location offering view of lake and mountains, private bathing beach, wide lawn with sun-shades and large terrace as a fantastic breakfast place. Sportsmen will enjoy swimming and table-tennis.

Within 100m you will find health resorts with a wonderful park and the „vitalwelt“ Schliersee. Boat rental, sail boats, tennis courts, lots of great cycling opportunities, beautiful hiking tours and much more. In Winter: ice-skating, curling on the lake, cross-country skiing, alpine skiing at Lake Spitzingsee, as well as daily free use of buses for the guests of Bayrischzell Fischbachau and Schliersee, cleared hiking trails around the beautiful Lake Schliersee or go on a romantic ride on a horse-drawn sleigh!
