Perdifumo is at about 15 kilometers distance from the Agropoli railway station, where a few long distance trains also stop over. Travellers arriving by car are advised to exit the Autosole highway at Battipaglia (45 km from Perdifumo). After leaving the highway take the state road 18 up to Agropoli; in view of the bay of Agropoli and of the railway station, exit the main road and look for the sign on the right pointing to Perdifumo, the markings lead all the way to the foot of the village.
