Schallsingen is a small village of 100 souls at 400m above sea level. Our family business with the cultivation of wine and fruits, as well as our own distillery, is situated on the border of the southern Black Forest, below the castle "Bürgeln" in the "Eggener Tal" (valley of Eggen). We are a quality checked farm with a "very good" judgement. Enjoy the sunny, quiet and lonely area in the middle of meadows with fruit trees, directly at the river "Blauenbach". Our 8 comfortabe rooms are equipped with shower/toilet, cable-TV, small refrigerator, sitting accommodation, balcony or terrace. On request, the bigger rooms can be booked as 3-bed rooms. All rooms have a wooden floor and are therefore suitable for people suffering from allergies and dust. In the lounge you'll find a refrigerator for drinks as well as a coffee and tea machine. We offer, upon request, proficient wine-tastings (including the cultivation knowledge), presented in our house. We have an ex house sale of wines from the vine-growers cooperative Auggen, in which we are member with our expanses of wines. Sale of schnapps/spirits from our own distillery. Sale of fruits and walnuts, depending on the season.
