Welcome to Scuderia Castello!

For many years we’ve been one of the first riding school facilities for high quality horse trekking on Lake Garda. Thanks to the variety of treks, day rides and trail rides, all fully supervised and on well trained horses, exploring with us the mountainous region of the Alto Garda Park can be an exciting experience. Scuderia Castello has not only been a holiday farm specialized in equestrian tourism for about 25 years, it also boasts warm hospitality and a delicious cuisine. The simplicity of the eight comfortable rooms, the traditional recipes with vegetables and meat grown on our farm, and the kindness of its staff, makes it a unique a remarkable place to stay.

We have eight rustic style bedrooms, all with private shower, balcony or terrace with gorgeous lake view. There are four rooms with 4 beds and bunk beds, one triple and three double rooms. Our cuisine is centred on local ingredients and draws inspiration from typical dishes and uses local products grown on our farm such as vegetables, olive oil, seasonal fruit (apples, cherries, pears and plums) and berries.

As we grow our own meat, we have created delicious recipes using all cuts in respect of the culinary tradition of our region: boiled meat, chops, tenderloin stew, and of course the spiedo bresciano (brescian spit) traditionally served with polenta. We also serve lake fish we buy from local fishermen. The products we don’t grow on our farm are only purchased from local reliable farmers.

We are located on Lake Garda, in the heart of the Parco Alto Garda, in a privileged position. Our guests can choose whether to visit the historical and charming lake side with its beaches and art treasures or the countryside and its small interesting villages with cultural traditions and local products. The region offers thousands of possibilities both for hikers and riders.
