A wide garden and a green park surround the hotel, leaving far behind the noise and the smog of the city. The charm of the Roman country's ancient hamlets, elegantly restructured, are an island of elegance and relax, in which you can abandon yourself to an elegant and comfortable stay.

Our rooms, all with mini bar, air conditioning and Multilanguage TV, have been entirely converted by the restructuring of the farm hamlets “col di lana", used once as stables. Your comfort is guaranteed by total soundproofing, air conditioning, quality and cleanliness. Your security is protected by the safe in the room and by an electronic control system at the room access. In the dépendance, where once the farmers rooms were, two small apartments have been created, ideal for small groups or families, even numerous, that are looking for a sojourn made to measure. We can welcome all those who have mobility disadvantages: we have two rooms with double toilet, a standard one and a disabled dedicated one. Our experience is guarantded by Guidosimplex, world leader in vehicle customizing for handicapped: we take care of their hosts and collaborators since 2001.

The buffet breakfast, with fresh and first quality food, is available in our bright rooms or, if you prefer, in the garden during the summer season. Our small library, free of charge for all our guests with different art, photography, classical and contemporary architecture books, has also children books, fairy tales and Jeronimo Stilton's adventures. Our bar, open 24 hours, will offer you and your guests pleasant moments, either in front of the fire place or in the garden, ideal in the summer evenings, perhaps surrounded by the sound of a cicada or a little owl. The private free parking, large and available also for big vehicles, is at your disposition, like the wi-fi access in all the rooms, in the common spaces and in the garden. Here your children will be able to play in a big meadow, away from the traffic dangers of a big city or of a crowded place, leaving you free to relax. If you need to go to town or to/from the Fiera di Roma or the airport do not hesitate to ask our staff. We have at your disposal also a small conference room for 15 persons. Our staff, always kind and prompt, can guide you to the discovery of the Roman and province monuments, will advise you on the best restaurants of the zone or in the city centre, will update you on all the happenings, the parties and the concerts in Rome and in Lazio.
