Enjoy a Mediterranean holiday at the 3-star Hotel Residence Villa San Giovanni, in a fairly quiet area just a few kilometres from Portoferraio, in a central position on the Island of Elba, ideal for discovering the culture and natural beauty of the place, surrounded by the aromas of the island's vegetation and extensive vineyards, with a well-kept garden, ideal for guests seeking relaxation and unspoilt nature.

Villa San Giovanni is managed by the owners and offers a warm welcome with spacious and comfortable rooms and flats, equipped with all amenities.

We have 40 double rooms, some with connecting doors, for a relaxing holiday.

All with their own entrance, they are located on the ground floor with a furnished garden or on the 1st floor with a balcony. They are double rooms with the possibility of adding a 3rd or 4th bed. Rooms adapted for disabled persons are available. Pets are allowed on request.

The flats have TV, private bathroom, terrace or balcony. A breakfast buffet is available throughout the season, also in the residence formula (extra charge).

One-room apartment for 2 people: (approx. 28 sqm) consisting of bedroom with double bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, TV, telephone, heating/air conditioning, balcony or furnished garden. Possible 3rd - 4th bed.Studio apartment 2 persons: (mq 20/28 approx.) consisting of bedroom with double bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower, TV, telephone, heating/air conditioning, balcony or furnished garden. Possible 3rd - 4th bed.Two-room apartment 4 people: (mq 32 approx.) composed of living room with kitchenette and two beds, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, TV, telephone, heating/air conditioning, terrace or furnished garden. 5th bed possible.

The Villa San Giovanni restaurant offers simple, regional menus that can be enjoyed by booking half board or choosing an a la carte menu.

Every week during the summer season, the restaurant organises theme evenings by the pool.

Our hotel has a swimming pool, a snack bar, a reception desk, a lounge with TV, children's games and an unattended private car park.

Surrounded by the flavours of the island's vegetation and large vineyards, a well-kept garden awaits our guests seeking relaxation in the midst of unspoilt nature.

Babysitting service on request for a fee and the possibility of water aerobics courses from June to September.

We also produce wine. We have our own vegetable garden where we grow vegetables that we also use in our restaurant and, if requested, we sell them to residence guests.

We have a bicycle storage room for e-bikes with appropriate accessories and a table for maintaining and cleaning bicycles. We have an agreement with the diving centre, which is about 600 metres away. We can book tennis courts, and padel can also be booked at the same distance.

There is also the possibility of hiking and cycling under the guidance of a guest guide.
