Experience relaxing days in one of our nine dreamy 4-star feel-good holiday apartments - divided between the two houses ‘Im Haslach’ and ‘Sigismundstraße’ - in a prime location in Oberstdorf. If you want to spend a quiet holiday close to the centre of Oberstdorf in Allgäu, you've come to the right place. The comfortable and exclusive furnishing of the spacious apartments (50 - 110 square metres), the sunny south-facing location and the service we offer our guests leave nothing to be desired.

There are several apartments in each of the two houses - the ideal accommodation for several families holidaying together, for example. The central location of our houses is also ideal for a car-free holiday - you can reach all important facilities and shopping opportunities on foot and start your leisure activities right outside the door, so to speak.

The city centre with its many shops and restaurants, spa gardens and Vital-Therme are just a few minutes' walk away. The nearest ski school, cross-country ski run, Nebelhorn cable car, cycling and hiking trails are also just a short walk away. If you don't have your own bike with you but would like to explore the extensive network of cycle paths around Oberstdorf, you can rent a bike or e-bike from a rental station in Oberstdorf. To further enhance your well-being during your holiday, our houses have been treated with the latest ‘Grander Water’ technology.

Surrounded by a magnificent mountain panorama, Oberstdorf in Allgäu is the ideal starting point for hiking and mountain tours of all levels of difficulty for active holidaymakers. Start a leisurely walk, a panoramic hike or a challenging mountain tour with a peak experience right outside the door of your holiday home. Allgäu is also a true holiday paradise for golf lovers. There are a total of 18 golf courses in the immediate vicinity - a fascinating mountain panorama is of course always included. Oberstdorf in Allgäu is not only the ideal holiday destination for hiking, climbing and mountaineering, but also for cycling and mountain biking. The attractive 2-run Oberstdorf - Kleinwalsertal ski area attracts guests with a total of 130 kilometres of perfectly groomed pistes. Oberstdorf also has a lot to offer when it comes to cross-country skiing. There are a total of ten cross-country ski trails for every taste and fitness level. Away from skiing and the popular cross-country ski trails, those looking for relaxation and tranquillity can find pure relaxation on a total of 140 km of groomed winter hiking trails. Like winter hiking, snowshoeing is the perfect holiday programme for those seeking peace and quiet and relaxation who enjoy hiking in unspoiled winter landscapes.
