Welcome to Apartmenthotel RESIDENZ in Steinenbronn near Stuttgart - your temporary home and the clever alternative to a hotel.

The hotel concept is convincing in terms of comfort and price. We have specialised in temporary hotel living: Our flat hotel is the modern and inexpensive alternative to classic hotel accommodation.

It is particularly interesting for all those who are looking for a place to live due to a new or changing job, a longer business trip or a transitional living requirement - and who would like to combine the comfort of a hotel with the independence of their own home, e.g. without having to buy household goods twice.

We offer you modern furnished 1-room studios as well as our 2- or 3-room flats with kitchenette and household utensils for self-catering with crockery, coffee machine. Bed linen and towels are at your disposal. In 7 rooms we can offer you extra-large beds (2.20 m long).

Weekly room service with cleaning, change of bed linen and towels. Parking spaces are also available (for a fee) in our video-monitored underground car park. Our guests can move in and out at any time and benefit from attractive daily rates as well as particularly favourable monthly flat rates. You can move out every day - without long notice periods and deposits.

Enjoy a coffee or a snack in our cosy bistro in the hotel lobby.
To relax, switch off and recharge their batteries, our guests like to use the sauna right in the Apartmenthotel Residenz. To keep fit for the stresses and strains of everyday life, our fitness room on the ground floor invites you to use the cross trainer, ergometer and multitrainer. Or take an adventurous bike tour in the surrounding area. Bicycles can be rented at the hotel.
