Welcome to our 4 flower Farm Jägerhof

Amidst green orchards in a sunny and quiet location between Meran and Bozen in the Etsch-Valley you will find our well-kept fruit farm. The cosily furnished rooms as well as the newly built apartment (2008) will ensure a refreshing and relaxing vacation in South Tyrol.

Accommodation - rooms

Start into the day with a rich and hearty breakfast buffet with homemade products like juices and jam in our panorama winter garden. Our cosy rooms, mostly furnished in land-house style, are equipped with shower, toilet, balcony, safe and satellite-TV upon request. Relax at our fine pool area after a sportive hike. For our small guests we have plenty of games available such as tabletop-football and a sand-pit.

Accommodation - apartment

The apartment is separate from the main building. It is ideally fitted for families between 2 and 4 people. It comprises of a spacious bedroom, a living room with a modern built-in kitchen. For larger families additional double-bed couches are available in the living room as well as in the bedroom so that a maximum of 6 people can stay in the apartment. You will find a safe, satellite-TV, shower, a balcony with a large terrace with a magnificent view of the Texel-range above Meran. Of course the apartment is fully equipped with bed-cloth, dishes, dish-washer, refrigerator, water boiler, toaster, etc.

Our house is just a few minutes walk from the center of Vilpian, from where you can easily reach the surrounding towns by bus or train. Or take the ropeway to Mölten onto the Tschöggelberg for a hike above the valley. Discover the beautiful nature between Bozen and Meran on the paved Etsch-valley bike path by one of our free rental bikes. For the culinary pleasures Vilpian hosts several restaurants which are all within a few minutes walking distance from our house. Visit the Meran Hot spring for a wellness-day or the botanical garden of Castle Trautmannsdorf.

Take some time of the busy and hectic work-life. When the north of Europe is still reigned by winter you can already enjoy the first warming sunrays of the South Tyrolean spring. Millions of blooming apple trees will wrap you with their scent during the second half of April. During summer the most beautiful flowers will shine for you on romantic mountain meadows. The gorgeous autumn invites you to culinaric “Torgele”-hikes.
