We welcome you to the Pension Lindenhof in Kromsdorf near Weimar.

Through the ages - from farm to "Lindenhof" guesthouse: The Lindenhof, which has been in the family since 1894, is one of the oldest farms in our village. The farm was first mentioned in a document in the 15th century.

In the historic ambience, we offer cosily furnished single and double rooms, as well as a disabled-friendly room with bathroom. Extra beds are available on request. Furthermore, two holiday flats are at your disposal. The flats each have a living room, kitchen, bedroom and shower/WC and are therefore ideal for families with children.

We would like to spoil you in our house with regional specialities. The dishes are freshly prepared according to original Thuringian recipes, whether hearty, sweet or full-flavoured, we cook according to your wishes! Fine wines from the Saale-Unstrut growing region await your approval.

The Ilmtal cycle path leads through the Ilmtal valley, via Weimar to the mouth of the Ilm at Kleinheringen. There it meets the Saale cycle path. It winds 34 km through the countryside and touches the villages there. You cycle on well-maintained forest, meadow and field paths or on side roads with little traffic, so it is also a worthwhile excursion for families with children. Along the entire route, there are seating areas and restaurants where you can take a break.

We organise: theatre, cabaret and concert visits in Weimar, Kromsdorf and the surrounding area, guided city and park tours, Thuringian cuisine experienced in a new way (we create your menu regionally and seasonally typical for Thuringia- and that in the castle).
