Our holiday homes and flats are the ideal addresses for your relaxing holiday with the whole family in the heart of Borkum, centrally and quietly located in the idyllic Kirchstraße.

The centre of Borkum and very good shopping facilities (bakery, supermarket), bicycle hire, shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. You can reach us from the island railway station in a few minutes on foot.

The main beach, the Gezeitenland and the Kulturinsel are approx. 700 metres away.

You can park your car in one of the public car parks. The nearest car park at Oppermann's Pad is 300 m away and charges €4 per day. The car park at Langen Wasser is free of charge.

Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, we do not rent our holiday homes and holiday flats to guests with pets and cannot allow smoking in the flats - our rooms are also certified as allergy-friendly (according to ECARF).

WLAN is available for our house guests in our holiday flats and holiday homes.

We are available for you as a contact person and for a little 'chat' in between.

Our Achterhud is an allergy-friendly holiday home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, quietly and centrally located. Our Achterhus is quietly located in the garden of Villa San Remo and offers a lovely, modern interior. It is not only the rustic floorboards made of leached oak that make the whole house feel cosy.

The open-plan living, dining and cooking area with direct access to the terrace is located on the ground floor. A romantic bedroom, a spacious bathroom with shower and a separate toilet can also be found on the ground floor.

Upstairs there is another bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. The 3rd bedroom has a single bed; if required, the armchair can be converted into another comfortable bed. Of course, all beds are made on arrival, towels and a hairdryer are ready for you!

The Kleine Veranda holiday home is an allergy-friendly holiday home for 2 people with a gallery.

Our inviting Kleine Veranda offers you the right ambience for your relaxing holiday in a central and quiet location in the heart of Borkum.

The living room with open-plan kitchen (incl. oven and dishwasher) is, like the sleeping area on the gallery, allergy-friendly and modernly furnished. From the dining area you have a direct view of our garden, where we have reserved an area for you. In addition to the sleeping area and bathroom, there is also a particularly bright and sunny 'reading corner' on the gallery. Enjoy the lovely furnishings and the special flair of this holiday home!

We will be happy to provide you with answers, tips or a little chat in between. You will find us in the main building of Villa San Remo. Of course, all beds are made upon arrival, towels and a hairdryer are ready for you!

Our holiday flats for 2 - 4 people have a living room with a seating and dining area and a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge with 3*** freezer compartment and kitchen equipment is integrated in the same room.

In each bedroom there is a double bed and a modern washing area. Shower & WC are located in a separate room directly off the bedroom.

Our large holiday flat is ideal for young families with a small child - we are happy to set up an additional travel cot in the bedroom on request and provide a high chair.

If you are travelling with a smaller child, we will be happy to provide you with a baby cot and a high chair. Of course, all beds are made upon arrival, towels and a hairdryer are ready for you!
