With a warm welcome, or as miners say, ‘Glück Auf’ (good luck), the Faust family invites you to discover the small Waldeck restaurant and guesthouse in the beautiful resort of Pobershau, a friendly mountain village in the Ore Mountains.

The cosy restaurant, the conservatory with adjoining terrace for up to 25 people and the magnificent view of the Rote Pockau valley, as well as our 7 very beautiful and comfortable rooms, invite you to visit us.

Each of our 7 rooms is comfortably and cosily furnished.

Most rooms have a balcony and each room has a bathroom (shower + WC) as well as a telephone, TV and a seating area. Some rooms have a view of the valley. The rich breakfast buffet is included in the room price. You can also book a relaxation room with us. This is a double room with exclusive access to the sauna.

In our cosy restaurant and beautiful conservatory, our team will spoil you with a delicious range of dishes. Our extensive menu always features more than 30 tasty dishes. We particularly recommend our specialities from the Ore Mountains and our homemade cakes. The monthly Sunday brunch is very popular.

Our restaurant is also a popular venue for family and company celebrations. We have a large selection of buffet and menu suggestions.
