Welcome to the four-star Hotel Englischer Hof in Herzberg am Harz - A house with tradition - since 1800.

Situated at the gateway to the Harz National Park, at the foot of Herzberg's Guelph Castle, on the outskirts of the town directly on the Jues Lake and with a view of the Southern Harz Mountains, we would like to welcome you to our hotel and restaurant - experience wonderful times!

Our hotel has 31 rooms, all with shower or bath, WC, minibar, telephone, TV including free Sky programmes and free internet access. On the first floor, five rooms have a balcony. We have reserved a total of nineteen rooms for non-smokers.

Cycling Experience the Harz Mountains by bike! Located directly on the new T4 cycle route, we are considered a good starting point for numerous cycle tours. Extensive maps are available and we are happy to advise you on planning your tour. The T4 takes you 42 km from Herzberg am Harz via Scharzfeld, Barbis, Pöhlde, Hattorf and Hörden back to Herzberg.
