Our holiday flats are all equipped with a fitted kitchen and TV with satellite connection. Our rooms are all equipped with shower, WC and TV with satellite connection. Each holiday flat and each room has a balcony.

Locked storage facilities for bicycles, parking at the house. Bread roll service in the holiday flats on request. Playgrounds for children such as a sandpit and swing are available on the grounds of the holiday homes. The adjoining lake property with sunbathing lawn and bathing boat invites you to swim and relax.

Immenstaad's excellent location on Lake Constance offers ideal conditions for cycling tours in all directions from here. Short tours for inexperienced cyclists - longer tours for the sporty or all the way around the lake. You have every opportunity to explore the wonderful region around Lake Constance by bike.
