A new boathouse in a unique position at the Schwerin Lake (10 meters from the lake's shore), five minutes walking distance towards the Schwerin city centre. The modern vacation home includes four double bedrooms with TV. It is also possible to place two extra beds in each room. The boathouse has both a roof-deck and sun-deck with a beautiful view onto the Schwerin Lake. It also includes a small restaurant and a conference hall. The bountiful harbour is available for our guests. It also has a crane, a dump for chemical toilets, electricity and water at the bridge, rest rooms and showers. Booking is not necessary. A barbecue area and a small swimming area are accessible every time. You can bring your own boats, but there are also boats to rent. Children are very welcome.
