Our 3-star comfort hotel in St. Peter in the Black Forest is located in the green heart of nature. The central location is ideal for excursions to the Kandel, Feldberg, Titisee, Schluchsee, into the Dreisamtal, to Hinterzarten and Freiburg. Surrounded by meadows and small ponds, you will find an oasis of peace and relaxation. The new hotel extension offers you comfort such as a reception, tiled stove corner, seating area and rooms furnished in a cosy country house style.
Our generously and comfortably furnished double rooms, also available as single and multi-bed rooms, are equipped with contemporary comforts such as shower/WC, satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, radio, safe, and some also have a balcony.
Every day starts deliciously with oven-fresh bread and crispy rolls, fine coffee or tea, homemade jams and hearty Black Forest specialities. From all tables, you have a fantastic panoramic view of our beautiful nature. The imposing Feldberg massif, covered with snow well into spring, is close enough to touch. Everything is already prepared for the breakfast buffet at the large and inviting counter area. Juices, fruit, muesli, fresh rolls, a wide selection of bread, various jams, honey, Black Forest delicacies such as ham, sausage and cheese, yoghurt, butter and milk – what more could your heart desire?
You can stock up on fresh vitamins at our salad bar during lunch and dinner. Our well-known house dressings are simply delicious. Our homemade cakes and tarts are worth sinning for. The speciality is the Black Forest gateau and the cheesecake with caramelised almonds. Our kitchen team, with Markus and Rosemarie Schwormstädt, always do their best. Regional and Baden dishes, from Swabian ravioli to saddle of wild hare in a sour cherry sauce, asparagus in spring and delicious game specialities in autumn, the table is richly set. Our idyllically situated sun terrace, wonderfully located in the middle of greenery, is the perfect place to let your soul dangle. Alone or in company, the main thing is that you are happy, then we are too.
Relax in our new wellness area with bio sauna, infrared cabin, steam bath, large Finnish sauna in old wood. The saunas are heated from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. After a long sauna session, relax in the relaxation room with fireplace on loungers and Swiss stone pine beds, and enjoy the view of nature.
