EXPERIENCE NATURE AND A PASSION FOR HORSES. El Molladar is a 15th century traditional Catalan country house or "masia" which has been restored and converted for rural tourism. The house is located in the midst of wooded countryside in totally natural, wild surroundings which have been conserved in their natural state as they are inside the Natural Park of Alta Garrotxa. The area around the house and the woods has allowed us to breed Hispano-Arab horses in these open-air surroundings for over 25 years in the over one hundred hectares of fields and woods of El Molladar. Our horses live freely in herds where they can develop their characters in an uninhibited way through constant contact with other horses in a natural environment. This means that their behaviour is especially noble, gentle, docile and well mannered, and that riding them is a unique, pleasant, and at the same time exciting experience.
