The Maso Pomarolli farm holiday centre is located in the heart of the Cembra valley, in the middle of the Trentino region. The farm stands on a natural terrace on the right bank of the valley, just fifteen kilometres away from Trento. In such a strategic location, immersed in the charming Alpine landscape, it enjoys all the beauty and features of the Dolomiti mountain range area.

All of these rooms have their own terrace and bathroom, are large and well-lighted, and guarantee its guests to sleep soundly.

Those who will decide to stay here some nights will re-discover the pleasure of sleeping; they will wake up in the morning enjoying the freshness of our clean air, and in an atmosphere of total relax will celebrate the new day at breakfast with enthusiasm and serenity.

The main boast of the Franch family is the great array and amount of vegetables that have been cultivated for decades with more and more zeal in the fields surrounding the farm.

The dishes follow the centennial tradition of the Trentino region. Nadia and Vilma make use of the several fresh vegetables and their own great fantasy to cook tasty and above all genuine and healthy dishes. The most famous one is the typical barley soup (“orzotto”) with herbs.

Besides the vegetables, the menu makes great use of all the typical meats of any farm; several dishes try delicious combinations of the fragrance of vegetables and the taste of meats.

The nature itself is the core of everyday life at the Maso Pomarolli farm. The surrounding areas offer almost any time delicious vegetables and fruits, and what to say about the home-made wine, that has in its drops all the tastes and scents of the life-style and traditions typical in the Cembra Valley?

Nevertheless, the range of events scheduled in the nearby of the farm is very wide. Just to give some examples, you can enjoy the Muller-Thurgau stands, a cycling with Francesco Moser, a national wine-show such as Vinart, or the always appreciated Grape Festival and the “Open Wine-Cellars” events, a good chance to learn about the wine production in the cellars.

Among the terraced vineyards that produce the Muller-Thurgau wine, there are countless paths that cross fields and conifer woods, towards the characteristic mountain lakes; then they go down to the plain, along the bed of the Avisio stream, close to its outlet into the Adige river.
