Hotel Restaurant La Foresteria is located in the Hamlet of Massello in Italy's Piemonte region. We are situated at 1150m in the secret valley of Val Germanasca, nestled beside la Valle Olympica de Val Chisone, home to Sestriere and the Milky Way, host to the 2006 Winter Olympic Games. Our Hotel is an Italian Tourist Board rated three stars with ten bed rooms, all with W.C and shower, feather duvets on soft clean beds with views through pinewood beams to mountains and forest, free Wi-Fi available in the entire hotel. Our restaurant is award winning with all ingredients being found locally and to the highest quality possible, Game meats in season are our speciality and our Pastry Chef prides himself on his sweets and pastries. Val Germanasca has a verity of outdoor activities and extreme sports, in the winter months the ski resort of Praly opens its Nuova 13 Laghi lift system, trails and powder to snowboarders and skiers! The summer season opens to hikers and mountain bikers, with hooks for bikes on both brand new chair lifts, lifting you effortlessly from the village at 1450m to 2500m at Bric Rond. There are two Nordic ski trails in our valley, one Praly and one beside la Foresteria witch doubles as a mountain bike trail in the summer, the hotel has Nordic skis and boots and mountain bikes for all sizes free to use when you are a guest at La Foresteria. You may relax in our sauna or spend some time under the hands of our masseuse.
