It is said that the ghost of the old master brewer Friedrich Kleinlein haunts the lobby. We cannot promise that you will encounter him, but according to legend, the ghost of the old master brewer is still ever-present. The old cast-iron staircase in the lobby, which once served as a secret spiral staircase leading to the distillery, is regularly frequented by Friedrich. In bad weather, you can see his footprints. Our fitness and wellness area is also available to you in bad weather.

All rooms are bright and welcoming, featuring modern furnishings.

All rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi, a Nespresso machine and a kettle. All beds are fitted with extra-thick mattresses.

Meetings & Events

Our hotel has 16 event rooms, all of which are flooded with natural light, air-conditioned and soundproofed.

We would be delighted to organise your wedding, birthday party, christening, gala dinner or other social events and take care of everything, from the menu to the decorations.

Our Beer Museum, for example, is an ideal venue for events. It is also perfect for other special occasions.

Dining

The NH Collection Heidelberg features a bar that pays homage to the building’s history as a former brewery. Local beers and snacks are served in this inviting space, which retains original features.

Elsewhere in the hotel, all guests are invited to enjoy the famous NH breakfast, served fresh daily. The hotel also boasts an independently run Italian restaurant specialising in freshly prepared dishes.
