In the evening, when the day guests have to return to their daily routine in the valley, you may stay in the peace and quiet of the Sonnenkopf area!

Relax in our new, lovingly furnished comfort rooms, all equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, clock radio, direct dial telephone, safe and balcony or terrace.

Enjoy the unique view of our magnificent Oberallgäu mountains from our sunny terraces and balconies. Even inside the house you can feel this wonderful atmosphere through our light-flooded rooms equipped with panoramic windows.

Towns
Sonthofen: Germany's southernmost town, a state-recognised climatic health resort since 1919, Alpine town since 2005 and southernmost Fairtrade town since 2009, district town of the Upper Allgäu. Distance: approx. 10 km
Oberstdorf: famous for the 4 Hills Tournament, climatic health resort and Kneipp spa, extensive cross-country skiing trails, mountain tours to the Fellhorn (2,038 m) or Himmelschrofen (1,791 m), numerous lakes (Freibergsee), distance: approx. 10 km

Other towns worth visiting are:
Füssen, Kempten, Kaufbeuren, Memmingen, Mindelheim, Leutkirch, Wangen, Isny, Marktoberdorf, Immenstadt and Lindenberg.

The fairytale royal castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau in Schwangau near Füssen are only about 65 kilometres away. And if you want to walk across one of the longest pedestrian suspension bridges in the world, drive to Reutte in Tyrol to highline179 (distance approx. 55 km).
