As hosts set in a nature reserve, the Naturpark Hotel Adler serves traditional and typical Black Forest cuisine containing the best regional produce. Our trout and game dishes come from the hotels own enclosure, pond and from local hunters. And the hotel's own bakery next door conjures up all sorts of cakes, pastries and confections - including, of course, the famous Black Forest gateau!
