Not far from the seaside resorts of Neuharlingersiel and Esens-Bensersiel, you will find our well-known country hotel in a small wharf village. Here you will find peace, relaxation and fresh air in every season, as well as many opportunities for a restful holiday.

Each double room has its own unique character, decorated in a rustic style in Frisian blue or in a modern style. All rooms are equipped with a bathroom/WC, radio alarm clock and TV, and some have a balcony (rooms for smokers and non-smokers). Start your day with a lovingly prepared breakfast buffet, served every morning (7:30–10:00 a.m.) with freshly brewed coffee, bread rolls, scrambled eggs and a rich selection of spreads, cold meats, cheese, muesli and juices – vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free options are also available on request.

Relax in our solarium and summer garden with seating and loungers.

Parking spaces are available directly at the hotel, as well as bicycle storage.

We warmly welcome your four-legged family members – dogs are allowed to stay in certain rooms for a fee. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the beach and dyke in Neuharlingersiel; however, just a few kilometres away in Neßmersiel, there is a dog beach with an agility area waiting for you and your dog.

Our central location right on the cycle path makes us the ideal starting point for wonderful bike tours. The historic fishing harbour in Neuharlingersiel, the coastal brewery in Werdum and the old bear town of Esens are only a few kilometres away and easily accessible by bike.

We have a large, lockable bicycle garage for your bikes, and bicycle maps for further destinations in East Frisia are available from our reception.

We also offer charging stations for your e-bikes. So there's nothing to stop you exploring the North Sea coast by bike, either along the dyke or between the towns.
