The organic hotel and vitality centre Schlossgut Oberambach. Nestled in a park-like private estate, surrounded by 52 hectares of forest and meadows, the idyllic place invites you to relax and enjoy a sustainable holiday. The Schlossgut, steeped in history and situated above Lake Starnberg, is run by Maximilian Schwabe as managing director and Claudia Komeyer as hotel manager in a personal, attentive and warm atmosphere according to environmentally conscious, holistic principles. You can feel the hoteliers' philosophy of living in harmony with nature in every last loving detail. All rooms of the fine organic hotel with its 40 lovingly and individually furnished rooms were built, renovated and furnished according to ecological principles.

This much is said: We serve fresh, regional and seasonal dishes that change daily! Vegetables and herbs come mainly from our own and neighbouring farms. When available, we use regional food from growing associations such as Bioland, Naturland or Demeter! Local fish comes from Lake Starnberg, game from local hunting and meat from the district.

If you visit the Fünfseenland, you can't avoid a place of power in a particularly exclusive location. Amidst 45 hectares of woods and meadows is the family-run Schlossgut Oberambach on the eastern shore of Lake Starnberg. Whether on a hike with a stop for a bite to eat in organic quality, a day trip or an extensive wellness holiday in the countryside: the unspoilt view of the water and the Alps make the stately country estate the perfect place to relax. Thanks to the farm-to-table concept, guests can always choose from seasonal dishes whose ingredients are mainly home-grown. The sustainable concept in the Münsinger Biohotel extends from the electrosmog-free room to the plate.
