In practical terms, they are homes that funcion as small hotels (small hotels with charm, following the term that was first used in an important tourist guide of Spanish Hotels with its equivalent English edition “Small Charming Hotels.”

From our hotel there are various interesting destinations close by to visit. These include la Ribeira Sacra (Sacred Riverside) with all of its monesteries as well as the canyon of the river Sil, where you can both boat and go kayaking. The province is both rich in its history and culture making it full of interesting monuments (Romanic, Baroque, etc.) to visit.There are many areas available to practice water sports on the numerous rivers and reservoirs in the area. You will also find and enjoy precious landscapes marked by the surrounding mountains that are full of places to visit of ecological interest. Also, close by there is a Ski Resort (la Estación de Esquí de Manzaneda ) where you can ski during the winter months, as well as, practice other mountains sports or adventure out on foot or bicycle to many of the charming sites in the mountain range. Of course, hiking is one of the best ways to enjoy the surrounding mountain ranges. The Bed and Breakfast is centrally located close to many places of interest and can be used as a home base to plan and make short one day trips to places of interest such as Las Medulas, the Natural Park of O Invernadeiro, El Caurel Mountains, or any of the surrounding cities including Orense (the closest) or others in Galicia, the province of Leon or the north of Portugal.
