Welcome to the beautiful resort of Oberulsham, on the edge of Bavaria's largest nature reserve, the Eggstätter/Hemhofer Seenplatte.

It comprises 17 idyllic, glacial lakes, the two largest of which, Hartsee and Pelhamer See, are in the immediate vicinity of our hotel.

Embedded in almost unspoilt nature, the quietly situated, detached country inn "Sägwirt" is the ideal starting point for eventful hikes and excursions in the near and far surroundings.

Being at home when you're not at home Guests enjoy the family connection to the host family.

Now in its fourth generation, the "Stockmeier family" continues the family tradition. Moni and Christian ensure with great warmth that guests feel at home from the very first moment and can enjoy their stay to the full. The two of them are always on hand to offer help and advice, not least to give guests insider tips on the marvellous surroundings! "They are supported by their parents and their girls Katharina and Magdalena - all generations pull together!

Our cosy, rustically furnished holiday flats and guest rooms offer the perfect ambience for a restful and relaxing stay.

The guest rooms are equipped with shower, WC, balcony and TV connection.

The holiday flats (2-5 persons) are comfortably furnished in rustic style. They have a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, shower/WC, TV/radio and a balcony.

After an eventful walk you can enjoy the marvellous view of the Chiemgau mountains on our garden terrace. Here we serve you hearty snacks and delicacies as well as our popular homemade cakes. The Sägwirt also offers the perfect setting for celebrations of all kinds.

There are also plenty of parking spaces at the house, a sunbathing lawn and a sun terrace.

The variety of leisure activities around Eggstätt, such as rowing, curling and cross-country skiing, are sure to make your holiday an unforgettable experience. Whether on foot or by bike, Eggstätt always shows its most beautiful side (large network of hiking and cycling trails for the whole family).
