Arras Castle - the romantic one

On a hilltop that served as a fortified border station for the Romans, Arras Castle has stood for over 1000 years, far away from the hustle and bustle, overlooking the Moselle valley. After an eventful history, the former imperial castle complex is now privately owned and houses the only castle hotel on the Moselle, a restaurant and a museum.

All our rooms have a name

Our guests can expect individually and lovingly designed rooms with a unique castle character and modern comforts. From the terrace and the sunny castle garden, our hotel guests have a marvellous view of various Moselle valleys. Each hotel room has its own bathroom with shower and WC. Various lounges within the castle and the castle garden are available to our guests.

The castle hotel has a restaurant with a panoramic terrace, the castle museum and the chapel - where you can have a wedding -, the castle tower with a magnificent panoramic view as well as conference and event rooms.

The castle restaurant "Zum letzten Ritter" serves local dishes every day. In sunny weather, our castle terrace with its marvellous panoramic view invites you to take a break.

A celebration in the Knights' Hall at Arras Castle is something very special! This medieval fireside room with its impressive armour and weapons from times long past can accommodate up to 60 people. Here you can dine like the knights of old and enjoy delicious game dishes with meat from our own hunt, for example. Time will then fly by to the sound of the lute or the cheeky tales of the court jester!

Getting married at Arras Castle

Arras Castle is also a venue for weddings and romantic wedding celebrations, with various rooms in a stylish ambience available for your celebration and the castle moat offering a wonderful setting for atmospheric wedding photos.
