In the heart of the Natural Park of the Alentejo Southwest and St. Vincent's

Coast, near the Arrifana, Monte Clérigo and Amoreira beaches (Aljezur), we

can find one of the most agreeable places of the area: the Quinta do Lago

Silencioso. The house faces a lake of natural springs that spreads through the landscape, calling for contemplation. The patio, with a view to the lake, is the "heart" of the house. It's a common access ground to the guest house and the owner's house,

simultaneously divide the two places. This privileged space is often used to

have breakfast, to read, rest or simply to loose oneself if the pleasure of the
